It turns out that burning vinyl chloride makes it harder to study. A number of things can change and happen when it is burned. Perhaps this is why we keep hearing " we don't know". It begs the question did Norfolk Southern burn it in a controlled release because it was the actually the best option or because it lets them off the hook ?
