Now back to building a version control system for #peoplesoft code/objects.. ended up going with C#/.NET instead of rust.

Finished a Magento export file to PeopleSoft Contributor Relations integration for a client. highlights: built-in person find/match, matching gifts, and handles multiple currencies and payment types in a single export (PS requirement)

Using our (CY2) new PeopleSoft file processing framework (vastly superior to the delivered File Parser tool). It is still a work in progress, but this project was a validation that it could handle complex use cases.

My org is switching from #PeopleSoft #HCM to #Oracle #Cloud and I don’t think the decision makers realize when they need something special the answer will be either “can’t do it because we can’t modify the system” or “the report you want will take twice to three times longer to produce because we have to merge multiple reports together.” I also don’t think they realize how much more expensive this is going to get for us.
