If you save your toilet paper rolls, you can dispose of used #tampons #pads & their accessories a little more discretely. Just wrap 'em up, shove 'em in, then toss the tube.
It really helped me deal with #MenstrualCycle #GenderDysphoria (before I even knew that was a thing!).
