The #PEP11 tragedy has shown #Labor and the #LNP duplicitous in the extreme. The #ClimateChange denier dominated #Morrison LNP regime vetoed the PEP-11 in an attempt secure NSW seats and the #Albanese Labor Govt came to power with a promise of increased #ClimateAction, but instead, #Teals replaced #Liberals in many seats to Sydney's north, and Labor has reneged on #Coal, #Oil and #Gas exploration and production #Licences - including PEP-11. The #FossilFuel companies try to push gas as a transition to #NetZero, but we all know that they are primarily self-serving. The #Greens opposition to PEP11 has been the longest, most consistent and most researched, of any political party or group. Let's see if #Insiders picks this up.

Morrison’s decision to reject PEP11 offshore gas exploration licence off the New South Wales coast is set to be overturned as a result of a challenge to Morrison's multiple ministerial appointments.

A decision on the project will then rest with a joint authority made up of both the Commonwealth and NSW govts.

Voters in #Wentworth are strongly opposed to PEP11.
