This is odd for the #GOP as #PEPFAR was championed by #GeorgeWBush & it usually enjoys support by both #Democrats & #Republicans.

I believe the program will receive all the funding it needs, as it helps millions infected with #HIV / #AIDS in #Africa receive affordable drugs to literally stay alive.
