#Keurig, #FrenchPress, #Percolator, or #DripCoffee which is your favorite #coffee #brewing method. Mine is the French press. I like Keurig, but I stopped using it to reduce plastic waste from the pods and also claim some counter space.

With apologies to Kraftwerk, I'm the operator of my #coffee #percolator.

My #coffee maker died, and I can't afford to replace it. So I'm emptying one pod into a pan and adding 1.5-2 cups of water, and set it on med/low flame to boil (about 4 min). I then pour the results into a sieve lined with 2 damp paper towels, which empties into a 1 qt microwave cooker (because it fits the sieve).
This is actually better coffee than I got out of the Keurig.
I still want a stovetop/camp #percolator, though (rather than electric).

On long multiday hikes the mood sometimes can be at risk. The goto remedy for me is a nice fresh hot coffee. No matter the cold, wind or rain, the mood always immediately goes up. The MSR Whisperlite is my trusted companion in all weather conditions for over 20 years.
