If you want to know which CPU is better, you have to compare processors with the same range of power consumption. #performanceperwatt

I’ve just noticed that my laptop only uses 45w of power. I must be out of the loop but that’s amazing! My old desktop uses 430w, not including the monitor. About the same as 9.5 laptops all running at once. I’m now making mental comparisons to running a microwave at 50% power for 12 hours a day and dreading my electricity bill. Maybe resurrecting the old beast wasn’t such a good idea after all. 125w just for the CPU! #costofliving #energy #performanceperwatt #ewasterecycling
