@bbcworld Talking of #Swindon - #YouTube's Dr #JohnCampbell recently produced a video with figures for Swindon's #pericarditis and related disorders. In 2019 there were a bit over 3000. In 2020, with #COVID starting to bite, there were over 12,000. #Vaccines stated rolling out in December 2020. In 2021 the above-mentioned disorders jumped to about 18,000 - not such a big jump. Similar not-so-big jump in 2022. COVID seems more to blame than vaccines.

Seems that the practice of aspiration (sticking the needle in, trying to draw blood to ensure that you are in a muscle and not in the vein) is around 3x less likely to cause potentially fatal myo/pericarditis after either pfizer or moderna vaccination taking the data from denmark (where it is mandated) vs the world.

Why are we not mandating aspiration for people to make an informed decision instead of exposing them to potentially fatal risk just because the muscle injection causes a minor amount of pain for ~3 days?

Like it makes sense that by injecting it in the muscle you are concentrating the vaccine in one area for your immune system to process it into a SARS-CoV-2 reactive immunoglobin instead of letting it freely flow in the blood stream and cause thrombosis.
