This one is the so-called "Anhalt Medallion Carpet" from the early 16th century in #Iran .
Near the corner of the yellow area, you can see a peacock subtly blended into the design.

Same random walkers as in yesterdays Art Deco-saster, just a lot more and with smaller step-lengths. It seems they're better suited for rugs anyway. Added some more texture and point reflection around the center.
A reminiscence of Persian carpet weaving at best. These are lots of smoke and mirrors - squinting advised.
