I've discovered some large bruising under my boobs now 9 months after my initial infection and according to the internet bruising easily suddenly can be an indicator of blood clotting! Idk what the fuck to do

Does anyone have any tips I may have missed for sleep issues with long/persistent covid
I haven't had restful sleep in now over a week and I'm absolutely dying. I need some tips or meds I can get over the counter without too much issue here in
A lot of meds available in other countries are banned here or I need a script for them so please take note of that before making suggestions. I'm feeling like absolute shit, this is probably the worst time I've had with sleep since I caught covid in may last year. Help

Ah good. I just discovered one of my nails has an indent in it and according to the internet this could be because of immune system issues.
Hopefully because it's on the end of my nail means that it was a temporary disruption to immune system regulation (from long/persistent covid) and now that I'm on truvada, not going to worsen.
Any more information or advice is appreciated

I cannot stress enough how much for is helping. And in such a short period of time as well. Absolutely nuts. If you are a person I highly recommend giving it a go. Covid is airborne HIV.

For the rest of you. If you haven't had it yet I highly recommend you up your masking game. Don't catch this virus. Immunity debt isn't real.

Day 9 of truvada and I feel almost how I did pre-covid.
I'm still disabled by other post viral illnesses, and I don't have nearly as much energy as I'd like. But I'm feeling way better than before. To the point that I feel like I might be able to start sewing again sometime in the future???? I still don't have all the cognitive function I had pre-covid and I suspect that will be permanent, but I'm feeling way better than I did before. What I'm saying is that truvada for works.

I hate doing therapy while sick with
I feel dizzy again and nauseated after a little crying. It's not fair. Can't even do therapy without it destroying me entirely now.

Lots of people have been improving on truvada. Saw a tweet from a mutual that they managed to do excersize for the first time in months after a month or so of truvada so I'm super hopeful that it will work. Looking forward to being able to go out on my scooter for lil joy rides and maybe even cook a meal for once. The first time being able to cook a meal in months and months.

Update also. The truvada finally arrived so I'm going to be testing it out to see if it lends to any improvements. This medicine helps to boost the CD4 T-cells that covid depletes. It is an HIV medication but there have been reports of it helping a persistent covid infection. Crossing fingers 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
I would very much like to feel less like I'm going to die.

Ok I'm glad I ate something now. I was feeling so bad. Still going to bed soon but I at least don't feel like I'm going to faint. My head hurts like fuck tho. Just the daily headache that never ever goes away.

We want to help keep people in this country safe from the disability that covid and other viruses cause.
If you are already disabled then doubly so. Reinfection can and does cause irreparable damage to all organs and causes blood clots.
The government is not giving out correct messaging or protection. So we must look after each other as a result.

Protect yours and others bodies by masking. they are the only bodies you will ever have.

⚠️ ⚠️ (edited version) Long post about lack of masks on people when I go out, and me providing them so that I don't die in a single interaction with the medical settings (all our doctors and nurses are in flimsy surgical masks and I'm having to offer prewrapped N95 that I can take with me.

Anyway read on. Help if you can, boost if you can't. I appreciate it a lot

Hi everyone. I just dipped in to my dentist savings (which I didn't want to do but safety is kind of at the forefront right now.
because the remaining N95s And better are quickly getting sold out everywhere and on clearance, I desperately don't want to be caught short seeing as how I will be having to give them to health professionals who are either not masking or not properly, so my stash will deminish since I have to play mask police in settings where I am at vulnerable risk of catching covid or anything else. This even includes doctors and nurses.

I did not want to spend this money just yet because of a different  pressing matter, but it's do it now or miss out entirely and then be sad that I didn't catch them on time.

If anyone can please consider donating or boosting as this is fairly urgent. My small tiny dentist savings needs to go back up so I can. Afford to see someone in the new year.

Most important is my ko-fi
ko-fi.com/systemerror

amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1M9Z
This is my Amazon wishlist. The most urgent items on there is the portable rechargeable air purifier, and HEPA filter replacement (please consider sending more than one replacement as the shipping and currency exchange is expensive af. The portable purifier will be used in both doctors appointments and any other close quarters situations. Including phlebotomists and dentists (the dentist I am most afraid of tbh)

Ps: this is wishful thinking but seriously if any rich who have more than enough money for multiple houses, please consider buying this disable human one. I'm so tierd and I want to help with stuff in a comfortable place where I dont have to worry about being kicked out because the government may sell it, and where I don't have to worry about the place going under water.

Thank you for reading and considering.

Yikes. Ok. Found some info that CoQ10 inhibits blood thinning medication. That's not great for
I will need to do further reading to see if can be taken with it. I'm seeing a lot of benefits from the fatigue aspect of LC with CoQ10, but the risk of clotting with LC is an issue on top of now further issue of clotting with the supplement.

It seems no matter what supplement I find there is some downside to them that would affect the symptoms of LC in some other way. So getting around these issues is a whole thing. I need to let myself get into another rabbit hole and study hard on this. Try find a solution
