今天跟姐去学校的stadium锻炼 走进去一看草皮上有几个没穿上衣的男的在训练
姐:woo~ some shirtless men
我:是哦(然后想的是:这些人一点都不文明)
当时直观地感受到了我跟姐有多不一样 笑死

周三练了个啥动作啊我忘了 做的时候腿背后的hamstring巨酸 今天又做单腿高位臀桥 迅速出现抽筋感
晚上躺床上 感觉hamstring在抽抽🤣…….

之前做杠铃深蹲都是扛在肩上 昨天姐让我把bar放前面 放三角肌上 双手抱肩 整个人看起来像耍杂技的
今天起来不仅臀废了(毕竟深蹲)肩膀也废了 绝赞!

很神奇的就是昨天训练让我发现 我是真的有点膝盖内扣的毛病 平时走路没事 只是体现在跳跃 asian squat这些动作时
教练姐和教练哥纠正我半天哈哈哈 纠正完一轮又复习一轮强化肌肉记忆
我是称呼他教练哥还是教练姐夫呢 教练姐夫看起来真的很喜感

今儿训练有一个用trx,平躺弯腿然后把整个上半身➕臀部拉起来的动作(好像是叫inverted row)
难度:难死了
然后第二轮我说 我想试一下只抬上半身不抬臀部是什么感觉
做了一下 好简单
我:原来这就是简单地从地上坐起来啊
姐:with assistance (指trx)
笑死我了。。。。。
