What an amazing history book “On the Edge” on the spectacular rise and fall of Commodore. When I started reading I thought, how can the full more than 500+ pages with the story on Commodore. O how wrong I was, it is a really good read and I only scratched the surface. As Commodore was my way into IT for life I want to know this. Morning all. Today I want to show you the beauty of old motherboards. Tidy, space to get everywhere and much easier to find errors than today.
This is a #Commodore #PET2001, its keyboard is also known as a #MickyMouse keyboard. It was standing on a high cupboard at the university for more than 30 years. After a superficial interior cleaning it started again without a problem. Quality instead of mass production.
