The developers who own Little Woods and Youngstown Senior Mobile Home Park are threatening closure unless they are allowed to significantly rase the rents (by over 150% in the Youngstown case). This is a huge and unaffordable increase for many. This Youngstown financials show healthy earnings yearly without this massive increase. The highest allowable rent increase rate is 2%. Lavender (gluten free) ice cream from Angela's Organic Ice Cream in Petaluma.
They ran out of the waffle cone, and only had the gluten free waffle cone, so I got that. It was really good. The lavender ice cream is really special! 😋

Yesterday at @NorthBayPython , not only we get to listen to great talks, but we're also treated to freshly cooked burgers and refreshing milkshakes 😋 The best conference lunch I've ever had!

And while can't pet any of the barn cats because allergies but they're all so adorable and friendly 😻
