Just finished Remaking Society by #MurrayBookchin which I recommend. Really wish it had been more solution than problem focused but it’s a good overview of the perspectives that contribute to the #ClimateCrisis and how they tie in to injustice all over the world.
Now onto The Solutions Are Already Here by #PeterGelderloos. #bookstodon #CurrentlyReading

@paulfree14 @kephasp Still states *are* patriarchal and there's no example of a non-patriarchal or even a matriarchal state.

The other mechanisms where #PeterGelderloos talks about are capitalism, authoritarianism and religion. They are all intertwined. His findings are that capitalism, religion, authoritarianism and religion, where the basic ingredients for state formation. (Although religion was not included in the doctrine of communist states, they were in the original version)

@paulfree14 During the annual #Pinksterlanddagen (3 days anarchist camping festival in the north of the Netherlands) #PeterGelderloos gave a talk about his new boos Worshiping Power. One of the conclusion me and some other anarchist had was that because patriarchy and states are intertwined, #feminism is only possible with #anarchism.
