#PGandE frequently sends me "ways to save" messages. It's funny that "competition" is never one of them.

Well that was random. #PGandE sent a contractor by to change out the control device on our #AirConditoner compressor for the #SmartAC program. Seems they are changing from a pager-based wireless control to having to connect to our #SmartMeter directly, but wirelessly.

Seems like they’d pass on sone of that cost savings to us! LOL yeah, right.

Heading into the next #CAwx AR, the utility #Outages are around 9.3k customers/accounts. Mostly #PGandE and #LADWP.

California’s last remaining nuclear power plant will definitely remain open at least a couple more years, and the state wants it running until 2023, but PG&E wants it running another 20 years.
