This is the current project, a 1929 Ford Phaeton - I've always wanted one of these, and this has been an ongoing project for about 15 years or so - multiple bodies were used to piece together one solid car. It's a classic hot rod, built with period-correct parts, on a "32 Ford frame, early 60's Chevy smallbloce 283 with 327 heads, triple Stromberg carbs, '39 Ford top loader 3-speed. I bought a new old car ... #VW #Phaeton 2010 V6 3.0 L TDI 237bhp ... Im in love... nicest car I have ever owned... most cars I have owned I have treated like disposable items... change the oil / service them well but run them into the ground...
but this one is different ... I always wanted to own one when I first came across them...
the sound of the Engine and its performance is amazing... the comfort of the drive is sublime...
and the Heavy Road Tax on it will help fund Hospitals :)
