One more #Phantasmo ... here he’s depicted swimming underwater towards a submarine. His cape is completely invisible aside from a length of red trim, and his briefs and boots match his skin color, so aside from the red trim he looks completely nude. And this was an un-ironic, non-prurient comic book sold in stores to the masses!

But the winner (and lesser-known) of the #HalfNakedSuperheroes surely is #Phantasmo, who wore boots, briefs, and a see through cape, which sometimes rendered his briefs nearly invisible.
