I could really do without CVS pharmacists editorializing about the medications prescribed by my psychiatrist. Maybe if my records showed that I was taking #Adderall for the first time, it'd be appropriate for the random person behind the plexiglass to point out some side effects. But dude told me today that taking it is like revving the engine of my car constantly, which, of course, will eventually cause it to seize and die. #ADHD #pharm

Has anyone noticed patients who have been stable on #FocalinXR or one of its generics suddenly stop tolerating it? I've seen several recently. #mood #appetite #duration have all been issues in different people.
