YES: This bill would end the active Public Health Emergency (#PHE) that was started by President Trump, and extended for the 12th time last September by President #Biden. The PHE has been repeatedly abused by President Biden to impose #vaccine and #mask mandates; the #eviction moratorium that was recently struck down by the Supreme Court; and to justify his cancellation of over $400 billion in student loan debt. President Biden stated that “the pandemic is over” on September 8, 2022, and I agree with him, however he does not plan to end the PHE until May 11th of this year. This bill will simply do it for us sooner.

I #voted to support this legislation and it passed the House 220 to 210.

Got a confusing email from my mental health provider’s office today telling me that, bc the #PHE “will *probably* be over soon”, all patients prescribed certain meds will have to make in-person visits in order to get their Rxs renewed

I’m under the impression the PHE continues until 1/11/23; provider doesn’t have in-person appts until 12/13…

Now I have to do the endless back & forth to clarify whether I’m f*cked on 12/6 when my meds run out 🥲
