And building on top of that. If you list a used #EV or #PHEV without a photo of the gauge cluster with the range, I won’t even look at it. Especially #PHEVs and #NissanLeaf’s. Just keep scrolling. Gives off “hiding something” vibes.
I’m sorry. But it’s 2023. The original 2011 Chevrolet Volt got 38 miles of all-electric #range. The 2017 second generation Volt got 53. There is ZERO excuse for these luxury automakers to be spitting out #PHEV’s these days with 25 and less miles. We should be making 80-100 mile luxury PHEV’s and Honda Civics and Toyota Corollas should be coming with 40-50 miles on the base model. I’m all for #EVs, but turning a blind eye on #PHEVs was such a big mistake for the American auto industry. They really could’ve helped a lot of buyers ease their way into chargeable cars without forcing them to go cold-turkey.
Holy crap, why? Why would you do this? #ID4 owners, is this really your shift… knob? Stick?
I was browsing online for used #EVs and #PHEVs, and couldn't immediately tell how you put a #Volkswagen ID.4 into gear. It looks like you spin this little dongle and either get where you're going or a helping of ground black peppercorns.
Automotive designers, I'm begging you, just make your EV a car. We just want #cars.
