Structure of #tau #CTE filaments with @LillyPad PET tracer #flortaucipir. A surprising find, as this compound is used in the clinic for #AD, but we could not see #cryoEM density for the compound on tau #PHFs or #SFs. With @sy31802 & @MichelGoed.
