Habs bisher nur mit einer #PhilipsHue bulb und dem mitgelieferten Dimmer/Taster probiert. Das war per #zigbee2mqtt super easy. Das hat in der Geräteliste angezeigt, dass es ein #OTA Update gibt, dann Klick und los gings. 🤷

They have a single-press button for $30 now that is probably the cheapest option for a simple control I’ve seen (apart from IKEA). And a multi-button control is now $50.
I remember when Hue’s controls were all over $60, and it was so hard to justify it. Still not easy, but they’re making progress.
I am sad to see Hue ended their battery-free tap switch though. That was the coolest innovation, the act of pressing in the button generated enough power to send the signal and that was it. It didn’t need to be plugged in or recharged, it was so elegant. I’ve still got a few left in working order (they do eventually degrade) and love them.

Niin tulevan jouluvalaistuksen testaaminen on hyvä aloittaa ajoissa, viimeistään juhannuksena… Pieni ikkuna videokuvan taustalla on taas kuulemma muotia. Jos videopalaverissa taustalla näkyy sekä kakkoskameran PiP ikkuna, että asunnon oikea ikkunaruutu niin täytyy olla todellinen trendipetteri.

Dabei macht mich das „fast“ besonders fertig …
