@Andres4NY I haven't read the bill about the defaced plates law but have heard concerns about fraudsters fleecing the poor drivers. Maybe the report could be matched against failed reads by the #photoEnforcement speed/stop light/sign cameras and the bounty would be on those tickets? 💸
