Hi Mastodon . Introducing myself here -- mostly people photographer, new book out about and it's fiber arts culture. About 1/2 travel, 1/2 historical mystery and 1/2 knitting. It was so exciting to spend so much time in Iceland with it as a backdrop. It's been great seeing everybody's work on photog.social.

rant about follow/unfollow tactics

Dear fellow amateur and professional PLEASE since a lot of us moved to Mastodon in the past few days DO NOT BRING the "culture" of audience building with you from other social.
Mastodon has a different philosophy. Be polite, follow back and respect. This is how you build communities. If your vanity is bigger then perhaps stay with the blue bird and get "verified".
