One of the last (few, sadly) camping trips of the year; every night the sky ablaze as the sun set. This was at #ElCapitan State Beach in #SantaBarbara.
#MECFS & #LongCovid kept me at our tent site, resting with our aged dog, while my husband took time to hike the shoreline. Every evening he prepared a gourmet meal over the fire for us & we watched the sunsets together. So healing, at least emotionally.
