from Debian Bullseye in a Debian 12 Bookworm environment 'a priori' to building PHP 7.4 also from the source in the Debian repositories. 😎

Debian 12 Bookworm comes with libssl-dev 3.0.9-1 which prevented the PHP 7.4 build to proceed.
