I've only recently got myself a proper macro lens and it's been a real treat for me. I have to slow down a lot though, you can't rush this stuff. Which is good. Go slow. Goley goley.

Went for a walk down the hill and saw some birds which was nice but strangely enough it was a shiny blue fly that won me over today. Loads of butterflies too. It's a treat to have time just to take a walk.

Also discovered today that the Sigma 60-600mm does a pretty neat job at macro, at the 200m mark.
