Last Friday, I was at University of Sydney teaching a workshop on detecting #positiveselection and inferring #timetrees with #phylogenomic datasets using #PAML programs #CODEML and #MCMCtree -- lots of interesting discussions with everyone attending the workshop!
Cannot wait to see the results the participants get when using PAML to analyse their datasets -- so many cool projects... Keep an eye on the MEEP Lab at USYD, they are amazing researchers!
