So I've got an appointment to talk to a local health and wellbeing team about joining their gym this morning. This is good! It's a disability focused space and it would be a huge win to get that kind of support rn.

But I can't actually get out of bed right now. And if I can't in the next 15 minutes or so, I'm not going to have time to get there.

Disability isn't simple. We're trying, really damn hard, even when you can't see it.
