My temporary drawing studio is waiting in the dining room. Still a bit too unfocused. Meanwhile I did the math: between walking, icing, exercising, and elevating, the knee replacement regimen is a full time job taking at least 6 hours daily to assure maximum benefit.
Maybe this is why it has a reputation as “difficult rehab”? I am finding it easy to just treat it like a long weird kata and surrender to the form.
