Has anyone here used a theragun? My physio has recommended one and used one on me in my last session. They're pricey, but there does seem to be a sale on one model right now that knocks 100 off the price and comes with a free wireless charger so I think if I was gonna splurge this wouldn't be a bad time to. #physio #theragun #massageGun

Much though yesterday I cursed my #physio, Mr EvilFingers, he said you'll be sore after the session (and I really really am) but go for a run and it'll be better than it was... probably 2k better (and he was 200m out).

Very impressive, almost like they are professionals at this kind of thing. I love it when someone is brilliant at something, although I hate that it comes as a surprise more often than not.

Now to see if his "back up to 30k in 3 weeks" statement holds water. Sweaty water.

Anyone with experience of recovering from severe knee sprain?
Just had 2nd physio appointment and given more exercises.
Frustratingly slow progress.
Effectively not been able to walk even moderate distances for two months now.
I do love a fast striding walk so this is something of a bummer.
