Both actions are reasonable, though I find the Kawai a little on the light side, though individual tastes will vary. I would say sample quality on the Kawai is better, though the moot is mostly moot since I almost always practice with #PianoTeq. One complaint I have with the Kawai is that the 3-pedal unit is only capable of 0-63-127 in terms of “half pedalling”, but that’s a very niche complaint.
