There's the normal 'hit and run' by motorists
but there is also the 'shit and run' by dog owners
both leave their externalities to others and flee the scene.

Fun #Ska facts: Ska was invented by Reginald Von Ska in 1703. He dropped his lute, and when he attempted to #PickItUp, a syncopated rhythm came out.
