From #TOTP in 1988, and from today's #PickOfThePops, Joyce Sims sings "Come into my life".
Joyce's powerful soul voice is enhanced by Curtis Mantronik's contemporary production styles. It's a charming song, keeps its potent power sheathed. One of very few 80s love songs to be written and sung from a woman's point of view.
This was Joyce's only top ten hit, and her final TOTP appearance.
