Hypotension due to lower vasotone due to lower renin-levels? Sounds like some alfa-stimulans could do the trick, how about (low dose) noradrenalin?

Imagine being a parent w/ a baby struggling to breathe.
A helicopter flies the baby to a pediatric intensive care unit (#PICU). The parents arrive wearing better quality masks than much of the care team.
