Good morning! My watch has just informed me that I *did* get my best time for a 5k yesterday - but only by about a minute 😹 42’ 58” which I’m quite pleased with. I hope to be able to get faster over time. Working on some data today pulled from the well-being assessments that our participants completed in the week before they left custody. The dataset should show us the areas of priority criminogenic need #running #criminology #PieCharts
