For the first #hillfortwednesday, here is the Harpstedter pot from #Piepenkopf, Westphalia, Germany, after #conservation. Excavated in 2019 by @CUHistArchRel@twitter.com, led by @CUHeritageSci@twitter.com's Ian Denis, the vessel was likely used as a cooking pot and over 2000 years old. Scale 20cm. 1/2
