Longtime surfer, up and down the west coast for 50 years...

I should know that short little pier but I do not. I kind of want to guess. But I don't want to embarrass myself.

It's not old enough to be Paradise Cove, I kind of think it's Cayucos but they have shops halfway up the pier.

There's an oil pier just south of Rincon, near Carpenteria.

Goodness.

The longer I stared the photograph the more questions I have, end of my misery please...
