Собрал сегодня PiKVM.
На плате не оказалось одной подложки, поэтому на один винт фиксирующий HDMI-модуль меньше закрутил. Но это не критично если не играть коробочкой в футбол.
Залил ОС на флешку, запустил, переподключил провода управления питанием в сервере и... всё заработало.
На удивление простой и приятный DIY опыт.

Why is the „newer and better“ version only for the pi 4 and zero2w?
The pi 3 has the same processor and even more ram than the zero2…
Seems way to overkill for a pi4 to do that job!
