Being a #dictatorial government, #China can and has indeed made lightning progress in #technology from where it started. True, a lot of it is the result of #pilfered technology from the West shamelessly. But that doesn't discount the fact that serious #progress has been made.

Articles like these always look like #whining of a sore loser. We should stop it and go to work.
