So, I have been posting updates on these 2 projects, taking these few opportunities of having content by posting about it. Between my Dreamwidth and #Pillowfort, the latter seemed to take over for my now defunct Tumblr. #Dreamwidth and #InsaneJournal remained as places for my deeper thoughts (a personal blog).
Because it seems like #Pillowfort became a Tumblr replacement in many people's cases, I began to use it like I did when I had a Tumblr.

So I made a #Pillowfort account. So far, it seems like an altogether decent social media platform.

Only gripe I'm finding so far is that for image posts, there's only one kind of NSFW label - so if I'm looking for guro or horror art, I have to delve into the same kind of CW that it has for lewd art.

Which... leaves me with some to be desired. At least I can blacklist the lewd tags, but I worry about the people who just wanted smut and find my [REDACTED].

as for Pillowfort, ive tried posting there but the biggest problem posting on Pillowfort is filesize, which is puzzling but understandable, but i can't even post photos of art from my phone without editing them first, and i get very little interaction there so far as well. #pillowfort

I've made an account on it a while ago, and i have tried to used it. The community is not very active, which was expected, what wasn't expected to me was meeting unpleasant people and having my art removed from a community board for showing half a pixel small "male" nipples in a totally non sexual context 🧐 I didn't think I had to tag that as nsfw tbh... That's worse than on IG 💀
