imho its really really important to widen one's horizon constantly and give actions honest and joyful "frames".

This is gonna be a long post, and I spent quite some time writing it, so here I go...

Earlier yesterday (3 Jun), GamerLink pulled the plug on #Pinch. Their reasoning was simply the cost of running the server infrastructure.
This news especially saddened me because the day before was THE last day my friends and I were able to be on Pinch (and we didn't even know it :ablobcatcry: ).
I was using it for a bit over a year because voice chat on #Discord barely works on my phone.
I haven't tried other VoIP solutions, but, to me, Pinch worked far more smoothly than Discord ever could. Sometimes, we stayed connected for more than twelve hours. Other times, even eighteen hours.
Farewell, Pinch. Your service has served me and my friends well when Discord failed to do so. :ablobcatmeltwave:
