wasn’t expecting it to take 1.5 hours!!!! Never would have attempted it if so.

Smells amazing but it’s long past tea time and I have two very hungry kids.

Not to self: multiply ‘prep time’ by 3 as I don’t possess chef knife skills.

Now for the kids to refuse to eat it …

These #pinchofnom recipe books are utterly brilliant!

We have a lot of recipe books but only use 1 or 2 recipes. These ones we have tried so many recipes & have new family favourites.

Really helps not having to shop at Waitrose for weird ingredients 👏

It’s much easier than doing one of those weight loss programs as we just eat really tasty meals & get on with life. Easy.

@tripplehelix thinking of rejoining #SlimmingWorld and that’s where I first heard of #PinchOfNom - does look like recipes I’d actually make rather than the few I normally pick out of recipe books. Onto a winner!

Hubbie came home yesterday from #Aldi with 4 #PinchOfNom cookbooks - £5 each in the aldi lucky bins!

We had mentioned the day before we were gonna look for some of these, maybe at the library, so bonus!

If you have sauce leftover from Hunter's Chicken, it makes a very serviceable pasta sauce. Just FYI.
