Mastodon hivemind: during last #pint23 event a company showed interest in my [research] software, and would like to collaborate to implement it in some of their products...

Has any of you had any experience with this? (advice appreciated). Got in touch with work as well, but more brains is usually better than just one (mine) 😅

Had such a blast last Tuesday in The Greenbank Pub in Bristol during #pint23 , and I'm glad to see plenty of internet memes around! Had two pints before my turn and I'm seriously considering doing this again (the pints): best delivery AND reception I ever had. Plenty of jokes and science, we all had a good laugh.

Paris is going Science mad it seems. First there is #pint23 Pint of Science - coming to an end today. Then I just discovered another festival around science https://www.festivaldoublescience.fr/ . Well, the more, the merrier.

2nd Pint of Science #pint23 session on guts, microbes and brain last night. I like #pint23. At the same time I wonder how many non scientists actually attend these events. Last night and before it looked like it’s mainly colleagues or fellow post docs.
