Having Parkinson's myself, I can relate to a lot of his stories, although my PD is not as bad as his...yet.
Smoking a pipe helps me relaxe and reflect on what is going on. 💪
I have a daily time periode in which I smoke and read, with all electronics off and door closed.
My wife calls it : to recharge my battery......she gets me 😜
