Excuse my language in advance advance advance. God dam it fuck fuck fuckity fuck! Booksense XT headphone jack died at the beginning of a gig, literally was working half an hour earlier. Had it in a backpack while traveling so wonder if a crumb or small piece of plastic got in there. Plug in headphones, internal speaker stays on, headphone volume is very low so never completely switches over. The 9 key on the keypad in radio does nothing now. I have another unit here with the same issue! God dam it! Luckily place was very informal so I just played on my own and with a piano player. So booksense XT anyone have one? Will trade a Q Braille XL for multiples, like 5 or more. It's time for beer! And maybe to talk to rehab services about a sense player. #hangry #angry #pissed @technocounselor

Really? An awful lot of #Canadian #media, outside the "big few", are #pissed at C-18, because they're going to lose 70-80% of their web traffic. Only about 20% of it is people going directly to their sites.

Anyways, pretty #pissed this morning. Day 4 (Day 3 really of using their equipment) and they are already having to send me a #replacement PC because of sound and camera issues.

Just let me use my own goddamn equipment, at least it's reliable. Plus we VDI into everything.

But since it's medical IT, HIPAA and all of that I guess.

The rack is build. Nothing is mounted yet. Nothing might ever get mounted. I might just go back to Google, Microsoft, Amazon and friends. Or just fork over a couple 100 bucks to Linode.

Because rack mounting rails are utterly crap. My hands are cut. One pair of mounting rails is irreparably damaged. Hence, my plan to mount everything during the weekend is out the window, because due to space constraints I can't just mount one machine, I have to/want to mount them all.
