I just filled my 2022 taxes with @turbotax. Initially it was free! But then, I had forgotten form 1095-A, which increased my refund and costs.
The thing that bugs me the most is that #TurboTax has a classic #BaitAndSwitch scam going😠 . They claim it will only be $59 to upgrade from "Free" to "Deluxe" but what they don't tell you is that it is $59/return. So because I lived in #Cali for a month with no job in 2022, I got charged $177 for my return. That is Federal + 2 states. Absolutely nothing on my state returns changed. #PissedOff.

I hate freaking load brokers. I got to my receiver this morning to deliver and they ended up taking long enough that I was a couple hours late for my next pickup. Because of that tje broker pulled the load and gave it to another company. That I can understand. What I can't understand and what pi$$e$ me off is that not only did they not tell us. But they were txting me all morning wanting to know my status and when I could get there. #trucking, #logistics, #pissedoff, #screwbrokers

Tried removing all links, then adding them back. Redid the verify embed. Turned it off and on again. The whole deal. Still no #verification.

I know it doesn't REALLY matter, but it's the principle of the damn thing at this point.

Several friends and comrades are right now in some weird analysis paralysis about how to deal with a government funded fascist "journalist", Christian Peterson, who insists of harassing people both at events and in their neighbourhoods by filming and "doxing" them in live bird-site feeds and on his own website. The doxing project is his income, and parts of the money allegedly comes from a far-right newspaper called exakt24. I am so fed up with the amount of worry he is able (read allowed) to spread by just fucking existing. He's like 19 years old and has already been run out of gothenburg. He pisses me off so much, because i have to spend mental effort on thinking about how to fucking deal with him.

Ugh... Bad shopping experience...
Bought a bunch of bananas that were on discount for 10 NOK per kilo (1.02 EUR / 1.11 USD) because they were on their way out for being rather spotty.
Also got a single banana of a different variety for #BeardGrabber because he likes those better. Those were 19,90 NOK per kilo.

So, when I checked the receipt they were all marked for 19,90.
Went back to the register because obviously he just missed the other discount, right?

No, he did it on purpose because "the system didn't allow for the discounts to be combined"...

So, the ideal solution is to charge your customer double of what they expect? Fuck that shit, and fuck #capitalism.

Didn't even bother to ask if I perhaps didn't want the single banana, or if I wanted to make that a separate purchase.

No, just screw your customer, charge the higher price without saying something, because who cares about a single buck price difference?

Well, I do care, and I'd rather not have to feel like I make a big deal out of nothing, or that I'm wasting his time, or the worst part: that it somehow was my own fault and that I was trying to trick their system.
