Anyway, I was completely baffled about what I was going to make the family for #dinner tonight. I settled on just a simple #pasta (aglio e olio with blistered tomatoes), but I wanted more and didn't want #cheese.

So I sprinkled the pasta with chopped chili roasted #pistachios and it was fantastic.

I bought a bag of slightly salted pistachios to eat tonight so I could eat a somewhat healthy snack. (Hubs bought the salted ones and they’re way too salty!)

Here are my #healthy #generalmills #sugar #deathsquares. That plus water and oat milk is my #dinner and #breakfast now. For lunch I have #beans. I mix it up with lettuce, peas, spinach and other such things. Just trying to find a #vegan mean worth staying alive at this point. I'm allergic to tomato and other nightshades appearently. That makes a lot of things out of reach. Like fries and ketchup. But #peanuts and #pistachios are fine.
