Last night, my (preferred) glasses fell apart while I was wearing them just before bed. At 3am, my kid woke up demanding me specifically and I spent the rest of the night not sleeping. When he finally left the house in the morning, I grabbed my backup glasses, and put them on my face minutes before the frame snapped.
Is there some kind of retrograde happening right now, or should I give up and go to bed before something extra stupid happens.

I fell on the ice yesterday and hit my head, neck, and back pretty hard. Kiddo was worried so I got right back up and took care of business. But my head still hurts, my neck is stiff and hurts, and my shoulder is on fire.

But there's work to do, isn't there... there's always work.

Tonsillitis is AWFUL isn't it? I don't think I quite appreciated the vast range of its attack. My head/neck/shoulders are all basically seized up and in agony, as well as wielding tonsils the size of table-tennis balls.

I'm about two hours into working on a photo calendar for a gift, using an online tool (Staples). I'm just getting loading dots now when I try to add the next picture. Everything else in my browser is working fine. I don't think this auto saves. Woe is me.
