So today I learned #Twitter, run by an individual who is inexperienced on how social media works, is pivoting to video, with the goal to get more sponsors to sign on and sell ads.

Perhaps he doesn't understand why this strategy failed so many times in the past... maybe it's because #pivottovideo has its own Wikipedia page?
